While the Corps of Engineers awaits federal funding for the Central City Flood Control Project, the Stormwater Program is funding the critical path drainage elements to help maintain the overall project schedule with the expectation that expenditures will be reimbursed in the future. This project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
