Citrus County Florida County invites interested parties to submit a Bid to furnish all labor and materials to rehabilitate a single-family home for its Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program. This is a Federally Funded Project under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The scope of work for the above shall be provided to potential Bidders at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting (see timeline for date). All prices shall include all labor, supervision, materials, insurance, equipment, and services necessary to do a workman-like job. No Contractor or subcontractor may participate in this work if ineligible to receive Federal or State funded contracts. Financing of the work will be provided, in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program. County and Consultant will act as an agent for the Homeowner in preparing contract documents, inspecting, and issuing payments. However, the contract will be between the Owner and Contractor.
