Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Oneida County Buildings & Grounds Department is soliciting bids for the Oneida County Public Health Garage Project. The Oneida County Facilities Committee will review the bids and award the bid at the Monday, February 7, 2022 meeting at 8:00 a.m. in the Oneida County Courthouse. Oneida County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid it deems most advantageous to the county. It is required that the work to be done under this contract shall be started as soon as possible and completed by December 31, 2022 but a contract extension shall be at the discretion of the Buildings and Grounds Facilities Director. Time is of the essence regarding the completion deadline, and all other deadlines specified herein. Unless a written extension is granted, all work shall be completed by the end of December 2022 The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond in the contract sum with a corporate surety approved by the Owner (Oneida County).
