Renovation of a data center facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
The West Virginia Office of Technology is soliciting bids to establish an open-end labor contract for electrical work in its Data Centers located at 1900 Kanawha Blvd. E, Building 6, Charleston, WV 25305 and 89 Richard Minnich Dr., Sutton, WV 26601. The Office of Technology will procure the necessary parts via the Statewide Contract. Examples of 'electrical work' include, but are not limited to: running new branch electrical circuits from PDUs to individual server cabinets; installing or changing panel breakers; removing unused branch electrical circuits; tracing existing wiring to determine source breakers; changing power source feeds for HVAC units; assessing existing power feed layouts; and reworking the layouts to bring them up to code. Initial Contract Term:- 03/19/2022 to 03/18/2023
