Certified checks shall be drawn on the account of the bidder submitting the proposal. The bidder may also satisfy the proposal guaranty requirements by having a properly executed annual bid bond on file with the Department. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. MBE (0.6%), WBE (6.9%), DBE (3%) The work under this contract shall consist of removing asphaltic surface milling, HMA, culvert work, ditch cleaning, adjusting steel plate beam guard, centerline rumble strips and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.
