DASNY is soliciting bids for the Building 15 Greenhouse Replacement with Associated Asbestos & Hazardous Materials Abatement at Sunmount DDSO in Tupper Lake, New York. This project includes the demolition and reconstruction of an existing greenhouse structure. Abatement of hazardous materials is included in this scope of work. The new greenhouse structure shall be prefabricated aluminum framing by greenhouse manufacturer and new concrete stem walls. The office portion of the building will be receiving a new roof system including rafters, sheathing, insulation, shingles, underlayment, and interior finish. Plumbing scope will include a new irrigation and humidification system connected to existing plumbing. Electrical scope will include new greenhouse lights connected to existing service. All individuals who plan to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person will be required to complete and present a DASNY Visitor Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire, present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening.
