**As of February 15, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This project will remove the existing superstructure and cut down the existing substructure. The new bridge will be a simple span on a similar horizontal and vertical alignment. The superstructure will be adjacent precast concrete beams with a cast-in-place concrete deck. The substructure will consist of a cast-in-place concrete integral abutment founded on piles driven to bedrock. Medium stone fill will be placed between the existing abutments and proposed abutments, and around the wingwalls. There will be 250 feet of full depth roadway reconstruction. New bridge and approach guide railing will be installed within the project limits.The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work. This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on September 1, 2021 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation's website must be followed by the successful Bidder.
