Renovation of an educational facility in Glassboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All questions must be submitted via email with the subject heading, Questions or inquiries should be sent to bids@rowan.edu. Rowan University is seeking to contract with a vendor for the Rowan Hall roof replacement and Facade repairs as specified on the Glassboro, NJ campus. A. The scope of work consists of, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Replacement of Rowan Hall Roof and facade repairs as specified in the Project Manual. 2. All contract work involved to accomplish this task. 3. Contractor shall schedule and coordinate all work activities with Rowan University. 4. Contractor must follow all OSHA and Rowan safety guidelines and procedures. 5. Contractor must bid the project to meet the schedule outlined in the bid documents which may include weekend and/or shift work. Contractor must staff the project accordingly to meet the schedule since the end date is firm. Rowan will not entertain change orders for contractor's inability to meet this schedule or time extensions. Substantial completion of all work: August 1, 2023. Final completion by: August 31, 2023. Questions due: February 18, 2022
