The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT, Department or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or Offerors to provide I-40 Phase IB/IC/ID and Phase II services if needed, the consultant will be asked to negotiate for Phase III Services. The Department intends on establishing a contract with a four (4) year term. In the case an extension is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-150 B (6) allows for design and engineering contracts to exceed a four-year term upon approval of the New Mexico Department of Finance Administration (DFA). Contract Award NMDOT June 2022 Written responses to written questions and any RFP amendments will be distributed on January 14, 2022, to all potential Offerors whose organization name appears on the procurement distribution list. Additional written requests for clarification of distributed answers and/or amendments must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than one (1) day after the answers and/or amendments were issued.
