Ironclad Services has been awarded this project and has received the NTP. Work includes but is not limited to general alterations of existing locker rooms and toilets, upgrades to the existing natatorium and structural elements and improvements to existing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems. The task order performance period is 500 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $2 million at $5 million. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
