Plans call for a $27.3 million bond for a new middle school off Stillwater Road and West Reserve Drive. and to renovate an older section of the existing school on Farm to Market Road. Proposed remodeling includes 12,300 square feet of the oldest section of the existing building and demolition of approximately 7,500 square feet. As of October 2024, the proposed bond failed in February 2024. The project is on hold. The school board will review the project in the summer of 2025.
