The City of Fall River, Massachusetts , through its Awarding Authority, the Department of Community Utilities, is issuing this Request for Qualifications , is seeking to engage the services of Professional Engineering consulting firms with capabilities in various civil engineering disciplines. Services shall be provided in conformance with all requirements, policies and practices of the City of Fall River, the Environmental Protection Agency, and Mass DEP Drinking Water/SRF, the CSO Federal Court Order, ARPA Funding Regulations and EDA Regulations. The firm(s) must be proficient with designing and engineering of municipal/public projects. The firm(s) must have experience with regard to performing the following tasks: planning, designing, preparation plans and specifications, bidding and construction administration in connection with various sewer and water improvement projects, oversight and closeout, as well as other professional engineering services required by the department. General information for each project is included in this RFQ. All information to be furnished in the document is specified in the enclosed Technical Proposal Requirements.
