The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for building renovations to expand the Consolidated Dispatch Center at the headquarters building located in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County. The scope of the project generally involves renovations to the existing building including but not limited to selective demolition, wall framing, wall finishes, sound proofing, suspended ceiling systems, finish flooring, doors and door hardware, architectural casework, plumbing systems and fixtures; normal and emergency power distribution wiring and wiring devices, interior lighting and lighting controls, emergency and exit lighting, pathways and boxes for data communication systems and related work. Bidders shall be experienced and fully capable to perform the type and extent of Work required on this project. After Bids are opened, the PA Game Commission reserves the right to request the names and contact information from at least three (3) references for projects completed within the previous three (3) years that are similar in size and scope in order to verify experience and qualifications. Reference information shall include: Project Name, Description, and Final Cost; and Reference Name, Company, Address, and Phone No. Attached to the project listing in electronic format are this Bid Notice, Project Terms and Conditions, Specifications, and applicable Drawings / Details. These documents are all part of the electronic proposal. Bids must be submitted electronically using the SRM system and must be submitted by the Bid Opening date and time listed above. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder.
