Purpose The Colorado Department of Public Safety, Colorado State Patrol, is seeking qualified Offerors for the general contracting of exterior access improvements to the Lamar Port of Entry building, per the attached drawings and specifications Any actual or prospective bidder, Offeror, or contractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or award of a contract may protest to Colorado Department of Public Safety Procurement Director, electronically via an email to tammy.lichvar@state.co.us. The protest shall be submitted electronically within three (3) business days after such aggrieved person knows, or should have known, of the facts giving rise thereto
