***As of February 10, 2022, the project will rebid. No bids received. A timeline for a rebid has not yet been determined.*** Donald Young Center - Sensor and Lighting Control System - Black Hills State University Proposals will be received for renovating the lighting control system at the Young Center. Be aware any public improvement must be designed by a licensed Architect/Engineer, licensed in South Dakota, per SDCL 5-18B-45. The Design-Build Request for Proposals, including the performance criteria for this project, as well as general project info, is available at the Office of the State Engineer, Joe Foss Building, 523 East Capitol Ave, Pierre, South Dakota 57501-3182 Each Price Proposal in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Board of Regents of the State of South Dakota. The BOR reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. Qualitative, Management, and Price Proposals shall be sealed in separate envelopes. Please include 1 hard copy of the Quantitative and Management Proposals for the Technical Review Committee.
