Site work for a water / sewer project in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is a Design-Build project that includes riverbank restoration using rip rap and earthwork/fill and trail repairs on the greenbelt pathway. Written objections to specifications or bidding procedures must be received by the City of Eagle Clerk's Office no later than 9:30 a.m. MDT on January 6, 2022. Each SIGNED bid shall be submitted on the OFFICIAL BIDDING DOCUMENTS and in the manner as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders and said bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.The bid bond shall be issued by a surety authorized and licensed to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho. Any bid that does not include the official bidding documents as prescribed, completed and signed, will be considered an incomplete bid and returned to the bidder When awarded a contract, the successful bidder shall promptly execute the contract and shall furnish a performance and payment bond each in the full amount of the contract price. The City of Eagle reserves the right to accept the bids and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder; to postpone the acceptance of the bid and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days; or to reject any and all proposals received. The project awarded shall be substantially complete by September 9, 2022.
