The City of Bangor requests proposals from qualified applicants to provide assistance with repair and maintenance of the City's Sewer Collection System at specific sites within the City.The City of Bangor, Maine invites sealed proposals from qualified applicants to provide assistance with repair and maintenance of the City's Sewer Collection System at specific sites within the City for a contract term of two (2) years with an option for renewing for an additional 2-year term. To be considered, submit one (1) original and (1) digital copy of the proposal, including the Proposal Form on pages ten (10) through fifteen (15) and all items listed in Section XIV. Proposal Content in an envelope clearly marked "Proposal No. P22-16: Sewer System Maintenance and Repairs".If emailing proposal, please reference "Proposal No. P22-16:Sewer System Maintenance and Repairs" in the subject line Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 PM, Friday, January 14, 2022. The City of Bangor reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or defects in bids or to accept a higher cost bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor. The City also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful Bidder.
