Construction work to be completed by March 31, 2022, with all work scheduled around Fair events. RFC or questions are be submitted a minimum of 96 hours prior to the bid submittal time, RFCs submitted after this time may not get addressed. Contractor and all Subcontractors under Contractor shall pay all workers on Work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of CCA, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code. A Bid Bond will not be required on this project; however, the successful Bidder will be required to furnish proof of insurance, a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond, details included in Bid Package CCA reserves the right to reject this bid and that the bid shall remain open to acceptance and is irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days.
