**As of March 8, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $170,813.50** All bids shall be submitted to Michele Bado, Purchasing Agent, 2090 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08609, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the bid title. The contractor shall thoroughly review all specifications and the work location prior to construction. This project includes the construction of concrete sidewalks and aprons (approximately 6,235 S.F.) and concrete curbs (approximately 3,160 L.F.) as directed; construction of 24 accessible ramps to conform with Townshipspecifications and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act; excavation and grading to proper elevation as directed; construction of pavement repair along new curb, if necessary and as directed; topsoil fertilize and seed all disturbed areas. All disturbed areas shall be reconstructed and graded so as to insure positive drainage and match existing topography and grades. Bids shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at place designated and if not accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond as specified in the bid document. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964. All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. All requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety. The successful bidder shall have eighty (80) work days from the date of the Notice to Proceed to complete all work which is the subject of the contract. The maintenance bond (5% of the final contract price) shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance of the project by the Township.
