Site work and paving for a civil project in Grant, Minnesota. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes those following improvements to County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 28 (110th Street) east of the intersection of Trunk Highway (TH) 95 (Manning Avenue): 1) vertical grade improvement 2) roadway drainage and surface water management 3) new pavement 4) signing and striping This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of January 4, 2023, a design team has been selected and project is set for FY2023. The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to provide project coordination, stakeholder engagement, preliminary and final design for the preferred alternate, including multi-disciplinary design services as needed, and construction support for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 28 at MnDOT Trunk Highway (TH) 95 Intersection Approach project. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
