Project Development Services Intersection Improvement with Added Turn Lanes on US 421 at 96th Street in Hamilton/Marion Counties The selected firm will perform design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to perform roadway and signal design, geotechnical investigations, pavement design, survey, environmental documentation, utility coordination, all permits, and storm sewer and detention design (if needed), and right of way plan development (if needed). Additional services may be included if deemed necessary by INDOT. INDOT will provide RR Certification and RW Acquistion (if needed). The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date of this RFP. The contract may utilize the eInvoice application.
