Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Potomac, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Services included under this project include a new storage building, upgrades to the existing sedimentation basin solids collection system, including a new solids collection trough and associated equipment, capture and re-routing of existing plant waste streams, new backwash and filter to waste equalization system, treatment (flocculation and plate settlers), pumping systems and associated site/civil improvements, pipeline (gravity and forcemains), stormwater management, electrical, instrumentation and HVAC upgrades as part of the Potomac WFP Consent Decree Long-Term Upgrade Plan.
