The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of sludge within the existing basin and provide for an earthen levee, grading, and embarkment restoration that will divide the existing basin into two cells. In addition, the project will provide piping and valve modifications which will allow the City to operate each cell individually. Miscellaneous work may also include seeding, by-pass pumping, temporary containment, and hauling.
