These conditions include but are not limited to: physical conditions or operations of the site that may bear upon site access, handling and storage of tools and materials, access to water, electric, or other utilities, or other considerations which may affect performance of required activities. Any failure by the Contractor to acquaint himself with available information will not relieve him from the responsibility for estimating properly the
difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The Building Owner is not responsible for any conclusions or interpretations made by the Contractor on the basis of the information made available by the Building Owner The contractor shall complete the following scope of work in accordance with applicable, local, state, and federal regulations. Scope of work shall include all abatement of areas listed in the December 18, 2021, REPORT. The contractor, prior to furnishing bids shall determine exact locations and quantities. Contractors are responsible for actual quantities present at the facility even if not identified on documents provided to Contractor.
