Utilize a prototype design to provide the District with a new facility that incorporates the necessary program elements adequate to prepare, operate, house, and maintain a high-quality workforce and adequate response times for the District. o Completion of the Project in a timely fashion without undue delays and within the District's maximum funding available for this Project ($1.75 Million). o Incorporate high performance, energy efficient HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exhaust, mechanical, security and fire alarm systems and controls that will allow all staffto work in a safe, healthy, comfortable, and operational facility.
