Totals for each asset class are to be determined from applicable scope of work described for each asset class. Scope descriptions are not intended to be exhaustive or all inclusive. All work needs to be associated with an asset class whether specifically listed below or not. Total of all asset class categories, plus General Conditions and Overhead and Profit, must total base bid amount.
