The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a CHSLD which remains occupied for the duration of the work. Building activities are ongoing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To ensure cohabitation allowing continuity of care, the contractor must be aware of the methods to be followed for the phasing of the work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to a residential facility, CHSLD. Refer to the following documents: Additional clauses to the contract, (ie "CCC"), governance and contract. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the precise scope of the work and the protective measures required.
