The addition will consist of approximately 6,000 SF of new space and related site work. Sealed proposals received after the opening date and time will not be considered. Instructions to access ZOOM are included on the City's Website at www.bunkerhilltx.gov The project consists of a new two-story City Hall addition that includes offices, breakroom, multipurpose meeting room, restrooms, locker rooms, dog kennels and shell space. The addition will be located where an existing pre-engineered metal building currently sits. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: The Contractor will provide Preconstruction Services and Construction Services for the Project. The Contractor will perform the Construction Services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price serving as the Construction Manager at Risk. Bunker Hill will give notice of the contract award within sixty (60) calendar days after the opening date and time. In conformance with applicable statutes, the general prevailing wage rates in the locality in which the work is to be performed have been ascertained, and such rates shall be the minimum paid for labor employed upon this project. In addition, the successful Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin. Contractor will be required to submit ethics commission form 1295 prior to award of a contract by the City of Bunker Hill Village.
