Request for Proposals for Engineering Services The City of Franklin, Virginia is soliciting proposals from Engineering Firms to provide plans and specifications for infrastructure improvements including upgrading and/or improving 2,000 linear feet of sewer laterals to serve a total of forty-seven (47) households, stormwater drainage improvements, side walk replacement/installation, repair/replacement of 1,173 linear feet of curb and gutter, turning radii improvements at the intersection of Bolling Street, milling and paving roadway surfaces to provide a flush joint at the face of gutter, and fire hydrant installation in the Laurel Street neighborhood of the City.
