The project requirement is described in the Scope of Work - see page 5 and associated attachments. The NAICS code is 236220 with a business size standard of $39.5M. All questions in relation to this solicitation are due no later than close of business January 11, 2022. Please email proposals to ilze. karklins-powers@va.gov The Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking General Contractor firms to provide all construction services for the renovation of the current B-Mod into a PACT unit. The contract will demolish and renovate approximately 6,330 sq. ft. of the existing clinical space within Building 1. It is the intent of this solicitation to follow the design and specifications attached with the SOW. Verification of all existing conditions shall be done, and anything overlooked or not included in the proposal required for code compliance should be verified and promptly reported to the COR. Demolition: o All interior partitions o See plumbing narrative and drawings for extent of plumbing demolition o Electrical elements as listed in the drawings (wiring, panels, transformers, switch panels, lighting, outlets, etc.) o Mechanical units and ductwork necessary to make the building service in its new function, see mechanical narrative and drawings for extent of mechanical demo Architectural: o New construction will be metal studs with gypsum board o Layout will be as shown on the drawings to provide storage space, private offices, and work areas, laboratories, bathrooms, exam rooms, consult rooms, group rooms, and patient waiting rooms.Layout will be as shown on the drawings to provide storage space, private offices, and work areas, laboratories, bathrooms, exam rooms, consult rooms, group rooms, and patient waiting rooms.Layout will be as shown on the drawings to provide storage space, private offices, and work areas, laboratories, bathrooms, exam rooms, consult rooms, group rooms, and patient waiting rooms.
