The Proposals will be reviewed for accuracy, evaluated and rated by the City Contracts Administrator. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Effective, affordable and professional Hazardous Waste Clean-up is required at an on-call basis at multiple locations. Specialized experience, capability and technical expertise in hazardous material handling, personal property management, and site corrective measures associated with clean-up of homeless encampments, as described in the statement of work. COMPLETION OF WORK: Services agreement to be for up to a two (2) year term in 1-year increments. Work to begin after official execution of the agreement/Proposal award. PROPOSALS: All Proposal proposals must include required forms as stated in the Statement of Qualifications Required Response.
