ERPR-9072(962); PCP 55-09Q-20 PIKE COUNTY The principal items of work include steel piling, structural steel bent caps, pile encasements and rip rap for bridge repair known as Project No. ERPR-9072(962); PCP 55-09Q-20: BRIDGE REPAIR ON PIKE COUNTY ROAD 3316 AT WHITEWATER CREEK in southern Pike County. The project must be completed in sixty (60) WORKING days. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Engineer, or copies thereof. All bidders must be a licensed contractor in the State of Alabama in accordance with provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must submit satisfactory evidence of license with bid. Bid envelopes not bearing a Contractor's License Number will not be opened. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. This is a Federally Funded project through ALDOT. The proposed work shall be performed in conformity with the rules and regulation for carrying out the Federal Highway Act and act amendatory, supplementary, or related thereto. This project is subject to the contract work hours and safety standards act and its implementing regulations. MBE/DBE participation is encouraged; however, no specific MBE/DBE goals have been established for this project.
