The Crawford County Commissioners will be accepting bids for the following roadway projects: The detailed proposal for each selected roadway is as follows: 1) East Administration Road starting approximately 900 feet East of SR 66 where gravel begins and ending at Jenkins Road with a length of .34 miles. Mobilization, mill, prep, clean and application of HMA type B, 3 inch intermediate to include traffic control, 2) Jenkins Road starting at East Administration Road and ending at Pilot Knob Road with a length of 1.44 miles. Mobilization, mill, prep, clean and application of HMA Type B, 3 inch intermediate to include traffic control, 3) Jones Road starting at Beasley Road and ending at Temple Road with a length of 1.18 miles. Mobilization, mill, prep, clean and application of HMA type B, 3 inch intermediate to include traffic control, 4) Hughes Road starting at SR 37 and ending at Bird Dog Road with a length of .45 mile. Mobilization, mill, prep, clean, HMA patching, type B 3 inch intermediate to include traffic control and 5) Rothrock Lane starting at SR 66 and ending at dead end with length of .46 miles. Mobilization, mill, prep, clean, application of HMA type B 3 inch intermediate to include traffic control. *All adjacent roads, driveways and mailboxes shall have an apron of 18 inches minimum width. *Areas determined to be at structural failure throughout project areas as determined by the field engineer and/ or highway superintendent should be excavated and replaced with compacted stone backfill prior to being overlaid with asphalt as indicated above.
