Contracts will be approved, and funds provided for all contracted work by the Owner. a. 900 South, Cass Township - HMA Wedge/Level and Overlay b. 100 West, Ferdinand Township - HMA Wedge/Level and Overlay c. 1000 South, Cass Township - HMA Wedge/Level and Overlay d. 1075 South, Cass Township - HMA Wedge/Level and Overlay Each bid is to be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price. The Entire Bid Package Submittal will be placed in a sealed envelope. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in such bids.
