Site work for a water / sewer project in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to the installation of approximately 2,300 LF of 8" waterline, abandonment of existing 2" waterline, relocation of existing water meters from rear to front property line and repaving of approximately 1500 LF of Briarwood Court from the end of the residential subdivision to the cul-de-sac. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is scheduled for the January 17, 2023, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at rshelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding.
