Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Mass Excavation, Grading, and Fill & Water, Sewer, Drainage & Paving The site of the work is between Loop 336 and Crighton Road west of and adjacent to Ed Kharbat Drive in Conroe, Texas. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond, a Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond, each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price and a one-year Maintenance Bond for 100 percent of the Contract Price, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid (the Bid Security), as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7)7 days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. Owner reserves the right to award the Bid, at Owners discretion, based on the amount of the Total Base Bid (without including Extra Unit Price Items or alternate bid items) or on the amount of the Total Amount Bid (including Extra Unit Price Items items or alternate bid items), or based on any other combination, means or method determined appropriate by Owner. The Substantial Completion of Work has been removed and the Final Completion of Work has been changed from 90 days to 120 days
