All work and materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of the General Guidelines of this contract, the Project Special Provisions, the current edition of the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures, the current edition of the North Carolina Department of Transportation Roadway Standards Drawings, and the current edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Wherever reference is given to codes, or standard specifications, or other data published by regulating agencies or accepted organizations, including but not limited to N.C. State Building Codes, Federal Specifications, ASTM Specifications, N.C. Department of Transportation 'Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures', and the like, it shall be understood that such reference is to the latest edition including addenda published prior to the date of the contract documents.
