Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Tamarac, Florida. Conceptual plans call for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of the project will include replacing light fixtures on existing poles for the athletic fields. The project will also include adding additional lighting for fields, replacing and extending fencing, installing a fitness/walking path and the removal of softball scorekeeper stations. The replacement of the lights and fencing is critical as part of the parks' infrastructure to ensure ongoing usage and enjoyment of the park. Installation of the walking path will create opportunities for enhancement of fitness classes. The project will also strongly support the City's bi-annual certification as a Better Sports for Kids Quality Program Provider. This project is in included in the City of Tamarac 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
