Renovation of a municipal facility in Sherman, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Grayson County expressly reserves the right to award a contract for all or some of the work listed in the RFP specifications, award multiple contracts, reject any and all proposals submitted, resolicit proposals, or temporarily suspend or cancel the procurement process at any time if the County deems such action is in its best interests. Grayson County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors with elevator renovation and replacement experience. Vendors are being asked provide a plan to update and expand the County's current elevator utilizing the existing elevator shaft already in place. In this plan, we are asking vendors to include in their options to rotate the door opening by 90 degrees in order to expand access to elevator.
