Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bidders must be registered on the City/County's E-Bid site in order to respond to the above Bid. To register go to:website (type: e-bid - in search box, then click "Supplier Registration"). Questions concerning this bid process may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov. GUARANTEE: A performance and payment bond in the full amount of the contract shall be required for all construction contracts. These bonds shall remain in effect during the guarantee period as stated in the specifications. Once the project is completed, the Contractor may submit a maintenance bond in place of the performance bond.
