**As of February 15, 2022 this project Industrial Builders Inc. with awarded amount of $1,841,969.69** Major Items of Work Include: Class AAE-3 Concrete 185 CY Class AE-3 Concrete 158 CY Prestress B-Beam-21In. 785 LF Steel Piling HP 10 x 42 650 LF Steel Piling HP 12 x 53 770 LF Riprap Grade II 1,950 LF A bidders bond in the amount of 5% of the amount bid, made payable to Cass County shall accompany each bid. Cass County may determine the prequalification status of each contractor requesting a proposal, and reserves the right to deny bid documents to any contractor based on the County's responsibility determination. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. All bidders must be qualified to bid under the laws of North Dakota.
