Renovation of a detention facility in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Provide required labor, material, and equipment for complete removal and replacement of approximately six hundred seventy-two (672) feet of six (6) inch metal spiral duct, duct insulation, and two hundred twenty-four (224) manual six (6) inch dampers. Ducts are located in twenty-eight (28) chases (eight (8) per chase) on the exterior of the four (4) story building. There are two (2) ducts on the 1st floor, two (2) ducts on the 2nd floor, two (2) ducts on the 3rd floor, and two (2) ducts on the 4th floor of the building per chase. Lump sum price shall include the cost of labor, material, debris removal, and equipment needed to perform a turnkey project. Remove approximately three (3) feet of duct wrap, spiral duct, and manual damper from two hundred twenty four (224) supply air ducts. Each section will be removed from the existing wall mounted supply air grill to the existing ninety (90) degree duct elbow (approximately three (3) feet apart), including manual damper at supply air grill. Clean debris from inside of supply grills and ninety (90) degree elbows. Install new manual dampers at each supply air grill and adjust each new damper to be the same damper position as the old one. Install approximately three (3) feet of new six (6) inch spiral duct for each supply. Seal and insulate all new work to existing duct and supply grills. Work needs to be performed so that a minimal amount of air loss is achieved, duct replacement must occur soon after the existing has been removed. No ducts can be left open after working hours. Provide dumpster for debris removal. Provide high lift for third (3) and fourth (4) floors access.
