Town of Patrick Accepting Bids The Town of Patrick is accepting bids for six (6) painting and repair jobs. Bids can be made for each individual job or all six jobs combined. Services needed at each building location consists of preparation, repairs as needed, and painting as outlined below. (1) PATRICK DEPOT, historical building, located at the corner of Poison and Winburn Streets, Patrick, SC. The project consists of: pressure washing building and caulking where needed; repair and replace rotten wood around windows; replace wood on broken bench; replace rotten facial board at top of building; green paint on shutters, doors and lattice; black paint on handrails; brown paint on deck; white paint on building, side entrance, and wooden bench.
(2) PATRICK RECREATION BUILDING, located behind the Patrick Rescue Building, US Highway #1, Patrick, SC. The project consists of: pressure washing building and caulking where needed; repair and replace rotten wood around garage doors 2X6; prime metal garage doors; caulk window pales; replace or repair boxing around entire building; install new 1X4 gable across building; replace wood on broken bench; replace rotten facial board at top of building; white paint on building, trim and garage doors.
(3) PATRICK RESCUE SQUAD BUILDING, US Highway #1, Patrick, SC. The project consists of: pressure washing building and caulking where needed; repair and replace rotten wood around top of building; repair cracks in concrete steps at back; glaze windows; paint white on all trim, back and ends of building.
(4) PATRICK TOWN HALL, located at 129 Turnage Street, Highway 102, Patrick, SC. The project consists of: pressure washing building, outside rails and columns, and caulking where needed; repair and replace 4X4 post on parking sign; paint outside of building white; paint inside building blue and doors white; paint yellow parking stops; paint cement walkway grey to road; and glazing windows.
(5) TURNAGE FIELD, located at Highway 102 and Cranford Street, Patrick, SC. The project consists of: pressure washing building and caulking where needed; painting inside and outside of bathrooms with same color of paint.
(6) DOCK CAMPBELL MEMORIAL PARK, 114 Campbell Street, Patrick, SC. The project consists of: pressure washing building and caulking where needed; painting inside and outside of bathroom with same color of paint.
