Remove floor tile and associated mastic (approximately 6,595 square feet) from various corridors, classrooms, storerooms, and restrooms on first and second floors of the south building utilizing non-friable methods. Remove carpet and associated mastic (approximately 11,450 square feet), including underlying floor tile and associated mastic where present, from various classrooms on first and second floors of the south building utilizing non-friable methods. June 7, 2022-July 5, 2022. Phase 3: Remove floor tile and associated mastic (approximately 7,165 square feet) from various corridors and storerooms, kitchen, elevator, nurses' office, office restroom, and south stairwell/vestibule on first and second floors of the south building utilizing non-friable methods. Remove carpet and associated mastic (approximately 9,755 square feet), including underlying floor tile and associated mastic where present, from office area, library and various classrooms on first and second floors of the south building utilizing non-friable methods. Remove terrazzo with trace asbestos (approximately 1,095 square feet) from the commons area and corridor adjacent to the main building entry. Tentatively scheduled for May 30, 2023 - June 22, 2023.
