Site work and renovation of a civil project in San Marcos, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of decommissioning Lift Station #46, located along Railroad Ave. south of Arnold Ave. by constructing a new 18-inch, 21-inch, and 24-inch wastewater main to reroute flow to the Highway 80 Lift Station. Amount shown is for oversizing mains; design and construction will be completed by the Developer driving this project. City will have complete scope outside the development. WWMP#30. Extend 12” water main from LS#46 to the proposed Highway 80 Lift Station. WMP#30 The project is included in the City's 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 07, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
