(WAA) is soliciting proposals to provide Design-Build services for the New Apron I Non-Passenger Screening-Vehicle (NPS-V) Facility and Cargo Secure Access System (SAS) Project at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. Design and construction of an approximately 600 sq m 2-lane covered vehicle screening/inspection area, including approximately 300 sq m integrated occupant screening facility and security checkpoint (integrated or remote) including associated utility servicing and civil work. The vehicle screening area shall be designed and constructed to allow for furture expansion of 1 additional vehicle screening lanes.
