Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Landscaping (Tree and Shrub Clearing), Electrical and Controls, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Concrete/Formed/Flatwork/Foundation, Grade and Surface, Concrete/Shotcrete/Sprayed, Landscaping, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Mechanical Systems, Sewer and Water Construction, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Roofing, Painting, Waterproofing Project includes, but is not limited to, the following items, and their related appurtenances: New Filtration and Chemical Storage Building, process equipment and pump replacement, electrical equipment replacement, roof replacement at existing buildings, and other facility upgrades. All Work is included in a single prime contract.
