As of September 30, 2024, the awarded general contractor is working through permitting. Construction is anticipated to start November 2024. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. All work will be completed in compliance with ARPAs rules and guidance as well as federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and the federal cost principles at 2 C.F.R. Part 200. The contractor shall have an excellent understanding of the documents involved for reimbursement from Federal Agencies and the State of Florida. This Invitation to Bid is being solicited in accordance with the Procurement Requirements for Federal Grants, as provided for in Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Part 200 as well as the required Federal Contract Provisions of this proposal document as incorporated herein in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program and other federal assistance programs. Please note that the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates do not apply to this project. It is anticipated that the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) financial assistance will be used to fund the resulting contract.
