Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Deming, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Ft Sill Apache Tribe is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for Construction Services for the Akela Flats Truck Stop Wastewater Treatment Plant in Luna County, NM. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to construct the Akela Flats Wastewater Treatment Project. The project is in located in Luna County within the Ft Sill Apache Tribal Lands approximately 17miles east of Deming, New Mexico. The project will consist of the construction of wastewater package treatment plant, connection to existing lift station, gravel road construction and electrical installation for the facility. All work shall meet applicable local, state, and federal regulations and laws. Ft. Sill Apache reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive all formalities. Last Day for Questions January 21, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. Notice of Award by February 14, 2022
