**As of April 14, 2022, project was awarded to File Construction LLC , awarded amount is $2,999,645.50. ** for the construction of a new building housing a booster pump skid, disinfection equipment, process piping, electrical panels, HVAC, and jib crane; flow meter in a vault; yard piping; site improvements to include grading and drainage, fencing, and base course driveway; a TTHM-removal system at existing Tank 4 consisting of a mixer, blower and surface aeration; modifications to Tank 4; approximately 12,470 feet of 10-inch waterline and connection to existing Tank 4; and electrical power and controls will be received by Eldorado Area Water & Sanitation District at 2 North Chamisa Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time) on February 3, 2022 , and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Eldorado Area Water & Sanitation District, 2 North Chamisa Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508 . This project is wholly or partially funded with United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal cross cutter requirements. Neither the United States nor its department's agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to all applicable federal regulations including the Davis Bacon Act requirements.
